Datawords in Barcelona is seeking an AR Content Manager to coordinate linguistic projects and ensure high-quality Arabic content across formats.

You will collaborate with Arabic-speaking clients and global internal teams, balancing deadlines and budgets while guiding copywriters and translators to deliver on brand tone.

Hybrid onsite-work, full-time, with health insurance, meal vouchers, and travel support offered.

Formación

• Working languages mandatory: Literary Arabic (native-speaker level), English and French.
• BA or MA in Translation Studies/Audiovisual Translation or similar.
• Education and professional experience in your native language.
• Linguistic project management or translation background.
• Excellent knowledge of Office tools; interest in new technologies.
• Experience with Trados Studio a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate linguistic projects with multilingual internal teams and deadline-driven environments.
• Work closely with clients in Arabic-speaking markets and multinational internal teams.
• Quality control of Arabic content across styles, terminologies, and formats.
• Oversee the creation of editorial briefs and glossaries.
• Ensure copy adheres to the client’s desired style, tone, and brand image.
• Balance budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring profitability of projects.
• Recruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders.
