Altia is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join a high-impact international project for a European Agency. You will bring a strong background in production support and information systems deployment, contributing to reliable, high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production environments, Java and databases focus, and experience with CI/CD, deployment of updates, monitoring, and automation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting and managing production environments.
• Strong focus on Java applications and relational databases.
• Experience providing 3rd-level technical support.
• Experience with software development life cycles, particularly CI/CD pipelines
• Experience deploying application updates and fixes
• Experience monitoring application performance, availability, and operational alerts.
• Experience developing processes to automate and optimize operational workloads
• Fluency in English (C1) is required.

We’re Looking For Someone With

• 5+ years of experience supporting and managing production environments.
