We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Technical Architect to contribute to the analysis, development, maintenance, and evolution of high-impact IT solutions in the economic and financial domain for a European Agency. We are seeking a professional with a strong work ethic, diligence, and accountability to thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: University degree.
• Overall IT Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• Languages: Advanced knowledge of English (C1 or higher) and ability to participate in multilingual meetings.

Minimum Technical Experience

• Oracle & Oracle PL/SQL: 10 years (Advanced level)
• Angular / TypeScript: 5 years (Advanced level)
• Python: 5 years (Advanced level)
• Podman & Docker: 5 years (Advanced level)
• Airflow: 5 years (Advanced level)
• HTML / XML / CSS: 5 years (Advanced level)
• CI/CD Tools (Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket): 5 years of experience (Advanced level)
• SDMX: 2 years (Good level)

Business Domain & Key Competencies

• Domain Knowledge: Basic level in Economic Forecasting.
• Architecture & Delivery: Ability to design innovative, scalable, and sustainable architectures, balance long-term technical vision with short-term delivery goals, and align systems across multiple teams.
• Communication & Leadership: Experience presenting architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders, mentoring team members, and working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Problem Solving & Execution: Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues, manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively under deadline pressure, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Data & AI Tools: Python libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas), Dspy.py for AI agent creation, Kiro/Amazon Q.
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Frameworks & DevOps: Nx, GitLab, Jira.
