jemix GmbH in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will be a friendly, reliable contact for customers’ daily IT questions and help them resolve issues quickly and professionally.

This on-site role involves handling 1st/2nd level tickets, configuring Apple devices, and visiting customers when needed. German and English are required (Spanish/English a plus).

Formación

• First IT support experience or completed IT training.
• Good knowledge of macOS and iOS.
• German and English language skills; Spanish/English also acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Friendly and professional communication.
• Reliable and structured way of working.

Responsabilidades

• Handle 1st and 2nd level support requests.
• Work on daily support tickets.
• Support users with macOS, iOS and Apple devices.
• Set up and configure Apple devices.
• Visit customers on-site when needed.
• Document solutions in our knowledge base.
