Chubb seeks an APAC Vendor Management Lead to shape regional strategy across APAC, delivering efficiency, financial benefits, and strong governance while reducing business risk and improving vendor performance.

You will work with regional stakeholders on analytics, sourcing, performance management, systems, governance and compliance, requiring collaboration, influencing skills, and a results-driven mindset with hybrid work options in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement across multiple vendor categories.
• Qualified Procurement Professional (MCIPS preferred, but not essential).
• Strong Excel skills; experience with QlikSense dashboards and Power BI is preferred.
• Proven experience managing vendor performance programs using SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Support regional strategies that improve operational efficiency, deliver financial benefits, and reduce business risk.
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead or support sourcing initiatives from business requirements to RFQ/RFP/RFI development and panel management.
• Develop vendor performance management practices, including SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance metrics for critical vendors.
