Chubb Ltd. seeks an APAC Vendor Management Lead to shape regional vendor strategy, improve efficiency, and drive governance across APAC. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders on analytics, sourcing, performance, and compliance to reduce risk and boost vendor performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, spend analysis, and implementation of best practices in vendor performance management, including SLAs and KPIs, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of procurement across multiple vendor categories.
• MCIPS preferred but not essential.
• Strong Excel; experience with QlikSense and Power BI preferred.
• Experience managing vendor performance programs using SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.
• Ability to negotiate and influence in a commercial environment.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, claims, or procurement principles desirable.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Chubb is seeking an APAC Vendor Management Lead to help shape and drive regional vendor management strategy across APAC. This role is focused on delivering long-term operational efficiency, financial benefits, and strong governance while helping to reduce business risk and strengthen vendor performance across the region.

Working closely with regional stakeholders, this role will lead and support key initiatives across analytics, sourcing, performance management, systems, governance, and compliance. It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working across functions, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support regional strategies that improve operational efficiency, deliver financial benefits, and reduce business risk.
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making, lead discussions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support analysis of APAC ALAE spend, vendor panel optimization, and reporting on savings and opportunities.
• Lead or support sourcing initiatives from business requirements and project scoping through to RFQ/RFP/RFI development, sourcing strategy, due diligence, contractual arrangements, and panel management.
• Contribute to the development and application of vendor performance management best practices, including SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and budget holders to define performance metrics for critical vendors.
• Support regional and country stakeholders in using vendor management systems and tools.
• Develop user guides and training documentation to support adoption of platforms and processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline vendor and Chubb process mapping.
• Review vendor panels to ensure best practices, due diligence, and APAC controls are in place.
• Work with countries and regions to address compliance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Act as an advocate for the Claims Vendor Function and help promote its value across the business.
• Support the Regional Vendor Manager on key regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with the wider claims vendor team and contribute to larger sourcing projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified Procurement Professional (MCIPS preferred, but not essential).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement across multiple vendor categories preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with QlikSense dashboards and Power BI is preferred.
• Proven experience managing vendor performance programs using SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to interpret contract terms and advise on their impact.
• Ability to negotiate and influence effectively in a commercial environment.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, insurance claims, or procurement principles is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and with a clear focus on delivery.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong commitment to results.
