Merck is seeking an Analytics Architect to design and deliver scalable data and AI solutions, owning data platforms with governance and security. You will work with a cross-border team to translate business needs into technical solutions and contribute to high-visibility AI use cases across the organization.

The role requires 4–8 years in software engineering, proficiency in Python and Spark, and hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and PySpark. Travel in Europe is expected.

Formación

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Spark.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
• Hands-on with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and PySpark.
• Understanding of data pipeline architecture, data governance, privacy, and security in enterprises.
• University degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Willingness to work in a distributed international team and travel in Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform components.
• Develop interfaces that replace manual processes with intuitive experiences.
• Own data platforms with focus on governance, security, and full lifecycle compliance.
• Collaborate with delivery pod stakeholders to shape technical direction.
• Shape future data engineering within Enabling Functions leveraging Snowflake, AWS, and Palantir Foundry.
• Contribute to a Spain-based hub and high-visibility AI use cases across organization.
