AIA Myanmar is looking for a Corporate Solutions Operations Associate to support and execute operational processes, including policy administration, premium processing, member movements, reporting, and customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Claims, Finance, IT, Sales, and external vendors, prepare KPI reports, manage data accuracy, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in operations, administration, insurance, or related function.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical with customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

  • Support Corporate Solutions operational processes across stages, including new business submissions and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Claims, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare Corporate Solutions KPIs and performance reports for management.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist CRM and policy management systems with data accuracy and updates.
  • Handle premium payments, reimbursements, and refunds within service timelines.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding policies and operations.

About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting and assisting in the administration and execution of Corporate Solutions operational processes at AIA Myanmar. The role contributes to operational efficiency by ensuring the accurate and timely handling of policy administration, premium processing, member movements, reporting, and customer service activities while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support and manage Corporate Solutions operational processes across various stages, including new business submissions, policy renewals, and member movement activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Claims, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless operations and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Prepare Corporate Solutions-related reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance, and business insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and process controls.
  • Support the administration of CRM and policy management systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  • Process Corporate Solutions premium payments, medical reimbursements, and refunds accurately and within established service timelines.
  • Respond to inquiries from cross-functional teams regarding Corporate Solutions policies and operational matters within agreed turnaround times.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of policy and member data while identifying and escalating discrepancies when necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time to meet operational and business requirements.

Communication Requirements

Internal

  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Claims, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operational processes and timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with sales forces and agents on Corporate Solutions-related operational matters, policy administration, and customer inquiries.

External

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers, particularly for policy printing, document management, and other operational support services.
  • Maintain professional communication with external parties to ensure service delivery standards and operational requirements are met.
Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, insurance, or a related function.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
