AIA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives that align with strategic goals, delivering on time and within budget while bridging business and technology teams.

You will lead requirements, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and strengthen sales effectiveness. Mentoring analysts and guiding governance will be part of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computing, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, project management, or related roles.
• PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.

About the Role

This role drives and delivers digital transformation initiatives that support the strategic objectives of AIA Myanmar Life Insurance Co., Ltd., ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals, while serving as a key liaison between business and technology teams by leading business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen sales effectiveness, and also contributing to transformation planning and governance, championing continuous improvement, and supporting the development of team capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects and initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed quality and business expectations.
• Drive issue resolution and elevate critical risks to management when necessary.
• Monitor project performance and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead requirement discovery sessions and business process analysis activities.
• Translate strategic business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend innovative digital solutions.
• Review and validate business cases, change requests, and impact assessments.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making workshops and steering meetings.
• Influence stakeholders to align priorities and transformation objectives.
• Communicate project outcomes, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert across assigned business domains.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices.
• Mentor analysts and project team members in business analysis and project delivery methodologies.
• Support capability building across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely Technology related financial data reporting.
• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify variances.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and business case evaluation for digital initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and governance requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computing, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, project management, or related functions, preferably within life insurance, financial services, or technology industries.
• Proven experience managing medium-scale projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy lifecycle management, customer journeys, and digital platforms.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, drive consensus, and influence business decisions
• PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
