LUMAI is building a breakthrough optical compute platform and seeks an Analog Test & Characterisation Engineer to bring our chips to life on the bench, measuring data converters, bias/reference circuits, and clocking IP. You will work with design, layout, and firmware teams from first power-on through full characterisation and help transition to production test.

You’ll develop test plans, automate bench measurements with Python, document results, and contribute to calibration tuning as designs

Formación

• 2–6 years of experience in silicon bring-up, bench characterisation, or analog test engineering.
• Hands-on proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, sourcemeters, and related bench instrumentation.
• Experience correlating measured silicon performance against simulations or models.
• Knowledge of analog/mixed-signal metrics (SNDR/ENOB, jitter/phase noise).
• Ability to write scripts (Python or similar) to automate bench measurements and characterisation data.

Responsabilidades

• Bring-Up and Characterisation: plan and execute silicon bring-up and full performance characterisation for new analog/mixed-signal IP.
• Develop bench test plans and set up lab equipment to measure analog performance.
• Correlate measured silicon performance with simulations and support debugging with the design team.
