Lumai is building a photonic-powered AI accelerator. We are seeking a Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Lead to own the architecture and tapeout of the analog front end, lead a small high-caliber team, and partner with foundries and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end performance.

The role combines hands-on design with strategic leadership and requires deep expertise in high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits and CAMD cadence tools.

Formación

• 10+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design with leadership experience.
• End-to-end tapeout ownership on advanced CMOS nodes (12nm–16nm).
• Hands-on high-speed analog front-end design expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture and tapeout roadmap for analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• Lead and mentor a team of analog/mixed-signal designers.
• Collaborate with foundries, photonics, and digital teams to ensure system-level performance.
