Lumai is building the fastest optical compute platform for AI, and seeks a Senior Analog Layout Engineer to own the physical implementation of our analog and mixed-signal blocks on advanced CMOS nodes. You will translate schematic intent into silicon-accurate layout, and drive matching, floorplanning and parasitic-aware verification in tight collaboration with circuit designers.

You will lead parasitics mitigation, sign-off flows (DRC/LVS/PEX), and mentor junior layout engineers, helping deliver

Formación

• 7+ years of custom analog/mixed-signal layout experience on advanced CMOS process nodes.
• Deep hands-on expertise in matching techniques for precision analog circuits.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and DRC/LVS/PEX flows, from floorplan through tapeout.
• Experience collaborating with circuit designers in tight iteration loops.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-custom layout of analog and mixed-signal blocks including data converters and PLLs.
• Identify and mitigate parasitics-sensitive layout risks; drive PEX and back-annotated simulations.
• Lead floorplanning decisions and mentor junior layout engineers.
• Support post-silicon debug by correlating layout effects with bench data.
