Indra Group is seeking an AIT Senior RF Engineer in Spain to lead RF system design, integration, testing, and validation for space, aerospace or defense applications. The role focuses on satellite communications payloads, RF architectures, antennas, waveguides and RF performance verification during AIT activities.

You will perform RF integration and testing, analyze results, and ensure documentation and traceability across the project lifecycle.

Formación

• MSc or equivalent degree in Telecommunications, Electronic, Industrial, Aerospace, Physics or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Perform RF integration, assembly, integration and testing (AIT) for satellite and aerospace systems.
• Execute RF measurements and verification campaigns using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Analyze RF test results, correlate measurements with system performance, and support verification and validation activities.
• Work with schematics, wiring diagrams, RF block diagrams, ICDs, test procedures and documentation ensuring configuration control and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, ESD, grounding, contamination control and cleanroom procedures during hardware testing.

We are looking for an AIT Senior RF Engineer with experience in RF system design, integration, testing, and validation activities for space, aerospace, or defense applications to join projects focused on satellite communications payloads, RF architectures, antennas, waveguides, RF distribution networks, and end-to-end RF performance verification during AIT activities.

What will you do?

• Perform RF integration, assembly, integration and testing (AIT) activities for satellite and aerospace systems.
• Execute RF measurements and verification campaigns using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and other laboratory equipment.
• Analyze RF test results, correlate measurements with system-level performance, and support verification and validation activities.
• Work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, RF block diagrams, ICDs, test procedures, and technical documentation while ensuring configuration control and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, ESD, grounding, contamination control, and cleanroom procedures during hardware integration and testing activities.

What are we looking for? (Only mandatory ones. ideally up to 6)

• MSc or equivalent degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in RF engineering, including RF systems, microwave technologies, integration, and testing activities.
• Experience in RF measurement techniques and use of RF laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Advanced experience in RF technologies within aerospace, space, defense, or satellite communication environments.
• Experience in test planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of RF verification activities.
• Ability to work with technical documentation, test procedures, schematics, wiring diagrams, and applicable industry standards, ensuring compliance and traceability throughout AIT activities.
