You will bridge business requirements and technology solutions, identifying opportunities to connect passenger processes, data and services across the air and maritime ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience in airport, airline, cruise, maritime, port or passenger transport operations.
• Strong communication and ability to articulate business value to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse airport and maritime passenger journeys, identifying touchpoints.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and process flows.
• Define use cases for seamless journeys across airports and ports.
• Work with architects to shape end-to-end solutions and API integration.
• Engage with stakeholders across airports, airlines, ports and operators.
