Job summary

Amadeus invites a knowledgeable Consultant to join ABC’s hubs in Madrid and Dubai, contributing to a global expertise hub within GSS. The role focuses on delivering advisory and transformation services to the travel industry, interfacing with executives and diverse teams to drive measurable business value.

You will work across travel domains, develop expertise on Amadeus solutions, and help shape reusable assets, playbooks, and service incubation initiatives in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualifications in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, business planning, financial management, or related business functions.
• Direct airline work experience or aviation consultant experience across airline domains.
• Proven experience in airline Revenue Management and related metrics.
• Familiarity with O&D optimisation, bid price control, segmentation, willingness-to-pay modelling, and metrics like RASK, yield, load factor.
• Ability to support airlines in Revenue Management transformation and data-driven decision making.
• Interest in travel technology and openness to learn new solutions and products.
• The position requires around 50% international travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chargeable and non-chargeable consulting services to external customers with high-quality execution and clear outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into value propositions, business cases, and consulting-led engagement approaches.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, providing analytical insights and structured recommendations.
• Contribute to consulting practice development, reusable assets, playbooks, and value assessment methods.
• Develop strong expertise across travel business domains and Amadeus solutions and share knowledge to improve solution adoption.
