Lever, Inc. seeks an AI Video Editor based in Spain to produce high-volume, conversion-focused video content for paid social campaigns. You will edit short-form videos for Meta/TikTok, test hooks and CTAs, and collaborate with growth teams to optimize performance.

You will use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools to speed ideation, scripting, and production while maintaining fast delivery across multiple campaigns.

Formación

• 2+ years editing direct-response video ads.
• Strong portfolio showing successful paid social video advertising.
• Experience creating static advertisements for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing with hooks, CTAs, and testing.
• Experience writing or adapting ad copy for creatives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver several assets per week.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts, and offers.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts with a focus on engagement and conversion.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives for paid social campaigns using templates and swipe files.
• Produce multiple static variations for testing with different headlines and layouts.
• Source and organize creative assets (UGC, stock footage, hooks, B-roll).
