Euro Staffs is hiring a Video Editor for a full-time on-site role in Spain. You will create high-performing direct-response video ads for DTC/e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on UGC, VSLs, and paid social content across Meta and TikTok.

You’ll leverage AI workflows to turn briefs into fast, conversion-driven ads. We seek hands-on editors who can prototype quickly, refine hooks and pacing, and partner with Creative Strategists to maximize performance.

Formación

• Hands-on experience creating direct-response video ads for DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative elements: hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs, buyer personas.
• Experience with AI-powered video generation and creative workflows.
• Ability to translate briefs and scripts into conversion-focused ads quickly.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-performing DR video ads across UGC, VSLs, and other paid formats, focusing on Meta and TikTok.
• Build compelling hooks within the first seconds to capture attention and drive narrative.
• Edit with a clear understanding of the target buyer and messaging alignment to conversion.
• Utilize AI tools extensively to generate visuals, voiceovers, scenes, and assets.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Copywriters to translate concepts into effective executions.
• Iterate quickly using performance learnings to improve output and efficiency.
