Formación

• Strong professional experience in video editing and post-production with a portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling.
• Experience turning long-form content into engaging short-form videos for social platforms.
• Solid understanding of social-first storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.

Responsabilidades

• Edit long-form video content and shape raw footage into compelling narratives with strong pacing.
• Transform long-form content into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn.
• Select music, sound, and graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Work with interviews, B-roll, multi-camera content to identify compelling moments and build clear narratives.
• Experiment with AI video tools to accelerate production while maintaining quality.
