Job summary

OLIVER in Barcelona is seeking a Client Solutions Director / Solution Design Architect to lead the solution design for new business with senior client stakeholders, translating challenges into operating models, workflows and commercial structures.

You will own conversations on technology and data, validate the numbers, drive credible pricing, and collaborate with Commercial and Implementation teams to ensure what is sold is delivered, with regular travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in solution design, consulting, strategy, or similar roles in advertising/marketing.
• Confident communicator with a track record presenting to C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with hands-on pricing or model-building experience (resources, rate cards, outcomes).
• Process-driven mindset to map, challenge and redesign operating models.
• Strong knowledge of advertising channels and how data and technology connect.
• Enough technical fluency to hold credible conversations with clients and lead when specialists aren’t in the room.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client pitches across Europe.
• Experience with global or multi-market clients and remote, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and solution design elements of new client pitches with senior stakeholders.
• Formulate real-time solutions during pitches and workshops; stay commercially sharp.
• Own technology and data conversations when specialists aren’t present; know when to bring them in.
• Ensure a smooth handover from pitch to implementation so what we sell is what we deliver.
• Define operating model principles that align with client goals and delivery capability.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams to ensure feasibility and strategic alignment.
