OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Client Solutions Director / Solution Design Architect to win and shape new business. You will work with senior client stakeholders to turn challenges into operating models, workflows and commercial structures that we can deliver.

Based in Barcelona with primarily remote work and regular travel across Europe, the role requires fluency in German or Spanish, deep experience in solution design and commercial modelling, and a track record of guiding

Formación

• 10-15 years in solution design, consulting, strategy, operations or a similar role within advertising, marketing, media or marketing technology.
• Confident communicator with a track record presenting to C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with hands-on pricing or model-building experience (resourcing, rate cards, outcomes).
• Process-driven mindset capable of mapping and redesigning operating models.
• Strong knowledge of advertising channels and how data, tech and media connect.
• Technical fluency in martech/adtech to discuss with clients and lead when needed.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for client pitches.
• Experience with multi-market, remote teams in agency/consultancy settings.
• Experience contributing to new business wins and RFP processes.
• Experience in marketing transformation environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational and solution design element of new client pitches to senior stakeholders.
• Formulate real-time solutions during pitches, workshops and client discussions.
• Define operating model principles aligned to client goals and our delivery capability.
• Evaluate client and internal processes, identify improvements for efficiency and cost.
• Design cross-channel solutions integrating advertising, data and technology.
• Build, test and validate commercial models including team shapes and rate structures.
• Balance client value with commercial viability and clearly explain reasoning.
• Translate complex technical and commercial concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Analyze data and define measurement frameworks for new clients.
• Create reports and presentations that convey findings and recommendations.
