Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Solution Design Architect to shape client engagements across Europe. You’ll work with senior leaders to translate challenges into operating models, workflows and commercial structures.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and creative operations, requiring strategic thinking and strong communication. You will lead new business pitches, gather requirements, design operating models, and validate pricing with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience in solution design, consulting, strategy within advertising, marketing or marketing tech.
• Confident, articulate communicator with track record presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with hands-on experience building pricing or commercial models (e.g. rate cards, outcome-based structures).
• Process-driven mindset to map and redesign operating models and ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of advertising channels and data/tech integration; able to discuss martech/adtech with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design element of new client pitches to senior stakeholders.
• Formulate real-time solutions during pitches and workshops with clients.
• Own technology and data discussions when specialists aren’t present.
• Ensure smooth handover from pitch to implementation and delivery.
• Define operating model principles and governance aligned to client goals.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams to ensure feasible solutions.
