Visium, a leader in AI strategy and management consulting, seeks an AI Director to lead multi-stream AI & data strategy client programs and serve as a primary contact for key accounts. You will guide Engagement Managers, drive client value, and grow accounts through upselling, while mentoring teams and ensuring delivery excellence.

Fluency in English required; experience in Life Sciences a plus; Barcelona-based or within Spain preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years in AI, Data, Digital Strategy or Management Consulting, with leading strategy engagements.
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI/Data strategies from vision to value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, and translating technical concepts into business value.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with creative problem solving on complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee multi-stream AI & data strategy engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and ROI.
• Provide strategic direction and proactive problem-solving to project teams; monitor project health and CSat.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling and new opportunities with the Account Lead.
• Manage and mentor a team of Engagement Managers to deliver excellence and accountability.
• Support non-strategic or orphaned accounts to ensure client success.
