The AI Director role leads multi-stream client programs, ensuring outstanding delivery, client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting or related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI & Data strategies from vision to value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms and emerging AI technologies.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with creative problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with a track record of creating value and breaking new ground.
• Data Science, ML or Computer Science background.
• Experience building relationships with large organizations and C-level stakeholders.
• Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech or Chemicals experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/French/German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI & data strategy engagements, ensuring client ROI and alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic direction and proactive problem solving to project teams; monitor health and CSat targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities with Account Lead alignment.
• Manage and mentor Engagement Managers to foster delivery excellence and innovation.
• Support non-strategic or orphaned accounts to ensure client success.
