The AI Director role leads multi-stream client programs, ensuring outstanding delivery, client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting or related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI & Data strategies from vision to value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms and emerging AI technologies.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with creative problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with a track record of creating value and breaking new ground.
• Data Science, ML or Computer Science background.
• Experience building relationships with large organizations and C-level stakeholders.
• Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech or Chemicals experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/French/German a plus.

Role

As an AI Director in AI Management Consulting, you lead multi-stream AI & data strategy client programs and are a primary point of contact for key accounts. Your mission is to ensure outstanding delivery, strong client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives. You directly manage Engagement Managers and provide hands‑on support across delivery, stakeholder management, and business development.

As part of your mission, you'll:

• Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI & data strategy engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs, business goals, and expected ROI.
• Provide strategic direction and proactive problem‑solving to project teams, monitor project health, and drive high client satisfaction (CSat ≥ 4.5).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C‑level executives, as a trusted advisor and value creator.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and new opportunities, in collaboration with the Account Lead and Commercial team.
• Manage and mentor a team of Engagement Managers, fostering delivery excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Support non‑strategic or orphaned accounts and step in where needed to ensure smooth operations and client success.

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:

• 8+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field, with significant experience leading complex strategy engagements.
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI & Data strategies from vision and roadmap through implementation and value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with creative problem‑solving on complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• A self‑starter with a proven track record of breaking new ground and creating value.
• Data Science, ML or Computer Science background.
• A track record of building strong relationships with large organizations and C‑level stakeholders, and of growing the business.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Chemicals is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, French and/or German are a plus.
