Amaris Consulting is seeking an AI Specialist – E2E Content Management to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that automate the entire content lifecycle across advertising, social, and POS materials. You will build production-grade Azure apps, integrate LLMs, and drive data pipelines for enterprise content workflows.

Fluent English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus. Hybrid model based in Spain (Barcelona favored) with cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.

Formación

• 8+ years in software/app development with AI/ML focus.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Generative AI for image/video use cases in marketing.
• Data pipelines in Azure (Data Factory, Functions).
• Strong Python and TypeScript development background.
• Knowledge of API design, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
• Understanding of marketing content environments and regulated industries.

Your Mission & Impact

As an AI Specialist – E2E Content Management, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that automate and optimize the entire content lifecycle. You’ll contribute to an E2E Content Ecosystem that connects POCs, MVPs, and enterprise platforms to streamline all content processes: consumer advertising, social media, HCP emails, and point‑of‑sale materials.

What We’re Looking For Experience & Tech Stack

• 8+ years in software/application development, with strong focus on AI/ML engineering
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure: Azure AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, Azure Cognitive/AI Services
• Proven experience with: LLMs (prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, RAG)
• Generative AI for image and/or video, ideally for marketing/creative use cases
• Experience designing data pipelines in Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions or similar)
• Strong application development background: building and maintaining production software
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (or similar enterprise language)
• Knowledge of API design, microservices, and cloud‑native patterns
• Understanding of marketing content environments and regulated industries (legal checks, compliance)

Languages

• Fluent English (project in international environment)
• Spanish is a plus for collaboration within Amaris and with stakeholders.

Soft Skills

• High autonomy and ownership from POC to enterprise deployment
• Ability to work in cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, IT, content, compliance)

Location & Model

• Role aligned with CET time zone
• Based in Spain (preferably Barcelona) with hybrid model (on‑site + remote), depending on project needs.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and lead AI‑driven solutions to automate and optimize content generation, management, and delivery
• Build and maintain production‑grade applications on Azure, using Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, Document Intelligence, and related services
• Integrate LLMs, image, and video models into scalable content workflows (advertising, social, HCP, POS)
• Design and operate data pipelines connecting AI models with enterprise content repositories and delivery systems
• Drive initiatives from POC → MVP → enterprise deployment, setting best practices, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Evaluate new AI technologies and Azure services to continuously improve the content ecosystem
• Define governance standards for AI usage, data quality, and responsible AI
