Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Tech Lead (RAG) to drive cutting-edge AI solutions in a global, agile environment. You will lead a cross-functional AI squad, shape technical standards, and deliver scalable cloud-based platforms using Azure OpenAI and related services.

• 6+ years of experience in AI or software engineering.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and large language models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals.

We are looking for an experienced AI leader with a strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI, and Azure technologies to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Spanish fluency is required for this role.

• 6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership position.
• Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI best practices.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and high availability across AI deployments.
• Monitor industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of innovative AI products for the business.
