Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Tech Lead (RAG) to drive cutting-edge AI solutions in a global, agile environment. You will lead a cross-functional AI squad, shape technical standards, and deliver scalable cloud-based platforms using Azure OpenAI and related services.

The role requires 6+ years in AI or software engineering, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will collaborate with product and DevOps teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and successful

Formación

6+ years of experience in AI or software engineering.
Experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership role.
Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and large language models (LLMs).
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions.
Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals.

Responsabilidades

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers.
Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for AI solutions.
Design, develop, and oversee scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI products.
Drive the implementation of RAG solutions and Generative AI initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to the team.
