NIQ is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to join our Enterprise Productivity team, an agile, high-impact group building AI-driven solutions that transform how our company operates globally.

You will work at the intersection of AI, engineering, and business operations, partnering with teams across the company to prototype, deploy, and scale AI tools that reduce manual work and boost efficiency. This role requires navigating ambiguity and delivering impact at scale across regions.

Formación

• 7–10+ years in software engineering or AI.
• Experience deploying production-grade cloud systems.
• Experience with LLMs or generative AI.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows.
• Cross-stack capabilities (APIs, data pipelines, UIs).
• Strong system design for scalable architectures.
• Security and governance for enterprise AI.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and build AI-powered tools to boost internal productivity across functions.
• Prototype and deploy modern AI/ML solutions and automation pipelines.
• Deploy production solutions with reliability and usability.

• Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption.
• Create reusable AI frameworks and platforms for future deployments.
