Established Search Ltd is partnering with a rapidly growing Digital Health AI company to recruit an AI Product Manager for Barcelona. You will own a portfolio of enterprise AI deployments from design to optimization, leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth through measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or another analytical discipline.
• Experience in product management, technical project delivery, software implementation, business operations or management consulting.
• Background in a high-growth technology company, enterprise software business or similarly demanding environment.
• Strong technical understanding, including experience designing, building or implementing software solutions.
• Ability to work confidently with engineering teams, interpret data and understand technical implementation challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how technology drives measurable customer value.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, through managing complex projects, mentoring colleagues or leading teams.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of enterprise AI deployments, from initial design through to ongoing optimisation and expansion.
• Act as the commercial and operational lead for your accounts, taking responsibility for product performance, customer outcomes and recurring revenue growth.
• Define deployment strategies, priorities, success metrics and implementation plans.
• Analyse product performance data, investigate technical or operational challenges and drive continuous improvements.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand complex workflows, identify opportunities for automation and solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams to develop, deploy and scale AI capabilities.
• Build repeatable processes, implementation frameworks and operational playbooks to support growth.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, including executive-level customer meetings and strategic reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing deployments and increase the commercial value delivered to customers.

They're now looking for an ambitious AI Product Manager to join their growing team in Barcelona.
