Job summary

Concentric Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Lead to own and scale the Product Vertical for an international technology company in Madrid. You will steer strategy, delivery and commercial growth across Product Management, Product Design and UX/UI while shaping client proposals and leading high-impact engagements.

You will combine approximately 50% project definition, 30% sales growth and 20% vertical strategy, building a strong practice with ownership and results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading genuine digital product teams including Product Managers and UX Designers.
• Background in technology consultancy, digital/product consultancy, design agency, product studio or innovation agency.
• Experience building and scaling teams or practices, not just inheriting a function.
• Strong commercial experience: helped shape proposals, pitches, pricing and winning projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Product Design and UX/UI.
• Build and scale the Product Vertical through hiring, team development and quality standards.
• Define and evolve the product consulting proposition and market approach.
• Lead complex client engagements from discovery to delivery, including MVPs.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities, shape proposals and price engagements.
• Take commercial ownership of projects including scope, budgets and delivery quality.
• Act as a senior product advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Embed AI into modern product management with strong tech context around AI, cloud and data.

Salary Range: €90.000–€110.000 base + Bonus (25%) + Benefits

A background in technology consulting, product/design agencies, product studios or innovation consulting is required.

Our client is an international technology company delivering high-impact AI, data, cloud and digital solutions, helping organisations turn advanced technology into measurable business value.

They are now looking for a senior Product Lead to lead, evolve and scale their Product Vertical.

This is a high-impact leadership position combining product strategy, team leadership, consulting delivery and business development. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across Product Management, Product Design and UX/UI while helping shape the proposition, win strategic client work and own the successful delivery of complex digital product engagements.

What is the mission of this role?

You will take ownership of the Product Vertical, with responsibility for its people, proposition, commercial growth and delivery quality.

You will:

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Product Design and UX/UI.
• Build and scale the Product Vertical through hiring, team development, structure, methodologies and quality standards.
• Define and evolve the product consulting proposition and how it is taken to market.
• Lead complex client engagements from discovery and validation through product strategy, roadmaps, MVP definition and delivery.
• Work closely with Sales to identify opportunities, shape proposals, pitch solutions, price engagements and grow strategic accounts.
• Take commercial ownership of projects, including scope, budgets, project economics and delivery quality.
• Act as a senior product advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Help embed AI into modern product management, while bringing enough technical understanding to work effectively across AI, cloud, data and digital platforms.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience within a technology consultancy, digital/product consultancy, design agency, product studio or innovation agency.
• Significant experience leading genuine digital product teams, including Product Managers and Product/UX Designers.
• A strong background in product consulting, including discovery and validation, product strategy, roadmap definition, MVP prioritisation, user research and go-to-market.
• Proven experience building and scaling teams or practices, rather than simply inheriting an established function.
• Strong commercial experience: you have personally helped shape proposals, pitch, price and win consulting work.
• Experience managing end-to-end client engagements, including project economics, budgets and delivery.
• Strong understanding of how AI is changing product management, with practical experience using AI within product work.
• Enough technical understanding to operate confidently around AI, cloud and data platforms.
• An entrepreneurial, hands‑on and results‑oriented mindset with a high level of ownership.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to operate effectively with senior clients and internal leadership.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona.

This is a strategic leadership role, but it is not purely managerial.

We are looking for someone who still enjoys being close to clients, teams, proposals and delivery — someone who can build the practice, sell the work and lead its execution.
