Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking a senior leader to own the strategic roadmap and delivery of shared data products across Allianz Group. You will guide AI/GenAI initiatives and oversee governance, security, and performance while coordinating a global cross-functional team.

You will report to the Head of Data & Analytical Platforms and partner with executive stakeholders to shape data strategy, investments, and enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in data and analytics within large, global orgs.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and governance.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML and real-time analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for shared data products and services.
• Oversee full lifecycle of enterprise-grade data products with governance and security.
• Embed AI/ML capabilities into product roadmaps and drive innovation.
• Lead and develop a global team across geographies.
• Maintain executive relationships and participate in steering committees.
• Manage department budget, vendor contracts, and SLA performance.
