Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an Engagement Manager for the AI Factory delivery engine. You will translate OE pain points into funded AI projects, shape demand, and steer multiple engagements end-to-end.

You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers and senior stakeholders up to CTO level to ensure successful handover and long-term value. You will manage stakeholder communications, frame business cases, and drive roadmap decisions in a complex, regulated insurance context, leveraging AI

Qualifications

Senior enough for OE leadership and Head of IT discussions.
Strong stakeholder, business-framing, and roadmap-shaping skills, with the ability to prepare clear decision materials for executive audiences.
Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or another regulated environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset: ownership and driving topics forward in a build-up environment.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute OE demand: make AI Factory capability visible early and map reusable blocks to pain points.
Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle and transfer patterns between them.
Own the build-to-run handover to global service or local IT teams with handover embedded during delivery.
Own the OE relationship after go-live and prepare structured communications for senior stakeholders.
