Qaracter - Beyond Your Challenge is seeking an AI-Native Backend/API Technical Lead to drive backend architecture and AI-assisted delivery for a strategic BaaS platform across Payments, Collections, and Cash Management.

You will supervise autonomous engineering workflows, design scalable APIs, and ensure secure, tested, and production-ready outputs from AI tools, while collaborating with global teams.

• Experience building backend/API platforms for AI-native software delivery.
