Amazon Global Selling in Madrid seeks an AI Marketing Program Manager who blends marketing and building to deliver AI-powered tools for ROA marketing teams across multiple markets. Based in Madrid, you will drive how AI is introduced into our marketing programs and measure impact with robust experiments.

You will own localization guidance, partner with BI, product, and engineering, and ensure tools are adopted by country teams to grow ROA seller activity and cross-border performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce operations experience.
• Experience building AI-powered tools or workflows deployed for business use.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI-powered marketing tools and agentic workflows for ROA marketing.
• Map the AI tools already built by central and country teams and decide reuse/adapt/build.
• Own go-to-market for AI tools across ROA: position, launch, train, and measure usage and impact.
• Serve as the marketing owner for domains: assess programs and provide localization guidance.
• Analyze seller and market data to uncover growth opportunities for ROA sellers.
• Partner with BI, product, and engineering teams on data access and tool integration.
