Super is hiring an AI Programme Manager to drive end-to-end AI initiatives across Europe and Latin America. You will oversee scoping, development, testing and deployment of in-house AI tools, while coordinating data pipelines with engineering teams and maintaining governance standards.

You will lead the AI Champions network, define adoption workflows, and translate business needs into technical specs for engineers, ensuring compliant, scalable AI solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of Project/Programme Management experience.
• 2–3 years managing Data, Advanced Analytics or AI/ML software initiatives.
• Proficiency with Generative AI patterns (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent frameworks).
• Solid cloud data architectures knowledge (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, Snowflake).
• Ability to map user journeys to technical specifications for engineers.
• Outstanding communication in matrix organizations.
• Certified Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee scoping, development, testing and production deployment of in-house AI tools and workflows.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Business Applications teams to deliver data pipelines.
• Operationalise the AI Idea-Validation Matrix to score and prioritise use cases.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data governance and GDPR.
• Coordinate Finance AI Champions across hubs and surface operational use cases.
• Define and embed structured AI adoption workflows and maintain repository.
• Translate technical requirements for engineers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Design automated exception routing logic for local statutory deviations.
