Job summary

Tether is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to support QVAC application teams, building desktop and mobile tooling, and integrating AI agents into engineering workflows.

You will develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with a focus on automation, tooling, and scalable CI/CD pipelines. This hands-on role offers opportunities to shape the tooling roadmap and work with a globally distributed engineering team.

Qualifications

• H hands-on experience building developer tools or automation used by other engineers.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Experience with AI coding tools or agents and validation of outputs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging failures.
• Commitment to maintainable, well-documented code and automated checks.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed English-speaking remote team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and maintain developer tools and AI agents with clear guidance and integrations.
• Build and run agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated PR reviews by reducing noise and increasing accuracy.
• Develop code quality checks for complexity, size, dependencies, and regressions.
• Enhance development environments, testing, and build/release workflows for reliability.
• Prioritize improvements with teams, document onboarding, and measure impact and cost.
