Tether is seeking a Product Engineering Lead for QV.AC to translate our on-device AI vision into tangible features. You will lead the app and AI teams, setting a high engineering bar and collaborating closely with product managers.

You will mentor team leads, drive fast, reliable shipping, and align engineering with product strategy. This remote role targets global collaboration and impactful results across fintech platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers who ship consumer products, ideally AI-powered apps.
• Strong product sense: distinguish valuable features from cluttered ones.
• Intuition for AI on-device constraints: model size, latency, memory, battery, and real-world reliability.
• You use AI tools heavily in your own work and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
• Deep JavaScript and React are essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead app and feature teams, unblock issues, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers to turn vision into buildable work and define API surfaces between AI core and the app.
