Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software across desktop and mobile platforms. You will shape tooling, implement AI agents, and build developer tools within a global remote team, driving automation and quality.

You will work with engineers to identify improvements, own them from implementation to adoption, and ensure reliability and faster feedback loops across CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
• Excellent English communication in a remote, globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and integrations.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated pull request reviews, reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, dependencies, and performance regressions.
• Improve development environments, testing, and release workflows for reliability.
• Prioritize improvements, document, onboard teams, and measure impact.
