Tungsten Automation is seeking an AI Governance Lead to oversee the governance framework for AI initiatives across the company in Barcelona. The role focuses on defining standards, plugins, skills, and applications to ensure scalable and compliant AI solutions.

The candidate will establish reusable governance patterns, promoting safety, quality, and reusability of AI components across teams in a fast-growing tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• The AI Governance Lead owns the governance of what they create: the skills, plugins, and applications used across the company, and the standards and tooling that let them be built once and reused everywhere.
• Skills are reusable instruction set.
