Joppy is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer who can bridge customers and technology, translating real-world HR challenges into AI-powered deployments that deliver measurable value from day one.

You will own the deployment lifecycle, work directly with enterprise teams to understand workflows, configure AI systems, and turn field insights into scalable product improvements across industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and staffing.

Formación

• Experience deploying AI-based systems in production environments.
• Strong customer-facing work, field engineering, or consulting background.
• Ability to ship production-grade systems quickly and with ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical bridge between the company and customers to ensure tangible outcomes from day one.
• Work with customer teams to understand workflows and define success in production.
• Configure and extend AI systems to drive faster time-to-value in real enterprise environments.
• Own the deployment lifecycle with a focus on reducing time from sale to value.
• Turn field insights into scalable product improvements and reusable modules.
