Avenue Code is seeking an AI Developer to join a fast-paced, globally distributed team remote from Spain. The role focuses on turning PoCs into scalable AI/ML solutions, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and vector databases while coordinating with product and platform leaders to deliver production-quality AI systems.

You will work hands-on, pair with engineers, and drive adoption of agentic frameworks and robust engineering practices, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and rapid learning.

Formación

• 10+ years of Python development experience required.
• 4+ years of AI/ML project experience with productization focus.
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (RAG, vector stores, agentic frameworks).
• Experience with production-grade software development practices (tests, CI/CD).
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop PoCs and guide them to production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement LLM-powered systems.
• Define and enforce AI engineering standards and patterns.
