Umatr is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead technical delivery across enterprise engagements, from scoping PoCs to deploying AI workflows. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, AI and enterprise consulting, collaborating with customers across the GCC and wider MENA region.

This role is highly autonomous, focusing on taking a solution from idea to production while feeding learnings back into the wider product.

Formación

6+ years of experience in enterprise solution design, implementation, consulting, or similar technical roles.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured technical solutions.
Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical discovery and scope PoCs with architects and TAMs.
Define PoCs with success criteria, data requirements, and timelines.
Configure and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents.
Build integrations with enterprise systems like SharePoint, ERPs, portals, and Microsoft 365.
Own technical lifecycle from PoC to production deployment and support.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Develop executive narratives linking tech to business outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering on complex builds and product improvements.
Document solutions and decisions across engagements.
