UST España & Latam is seeking an AI‑Assisted Code Analyst to join 100% remotely from Spain. You will apply Java, Spring Boot, and microservices expertise to improve code quality, performance, and debt reduction, leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Devin in a collaborative, global delivery model.

The role emphasizes backend and frontend development practices, documentation in ALM tools, and tuning applications for scalability while working with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a developer in the required areas.
• Knowledge and experience with AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the required specifications and deliver technical components for operation and collaboration with other teams.
• Document solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
• Analyze and review Java and Spring Boot apps for quality, scalability and debt reduction.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Support best practices in backend and frontend development.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and delivery pipelines.
• Manage requests to other production support teams.
