Job summary

ALIF, a creative and digital marketing agency, is hiring in Barcelona to lead social media strategy and creative direction across client accounts and ALIF's channels. This role emphasizes AI-powered workflows and hands-on content creation.

You will own social strategy, set the creative direction, produce visuals and short-form video with AI tools, write hooks, and manage client reviews, with daily work inside ALIF Studio.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• 3+ years in social media, content or creative roles, ideally agency side.
• Strong eye for editorial layout and image quality.
• Hands-on use of AI creative tools with a real workflow.
• Confidence presenting ideas to clients.
• Organised, self-directed and able to manage several brands.
• Figma skills and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere).
• Based in Barcelona, ability to work remotely.
• Bonus: content creator experience or personal portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the social strategy for a portfolio of client accounts, from content pillars and monthly calendars to reporting.
• Set the creative direction for each brand's content, ensuring alignment with client identity.
• Produce visuals and short-form video with AI tools and refine to a high standard.
• Write hooks and captions that engage audiences.
• Run ALIF's own Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
• Shoot and front content for ALIF and selected clients if needed.
• Work daily inside ALIF Studio, our in-house AI content platform, and help shape its development.
• Act as main contact for clients: run reviews, gather feedback and secure approvals.
• Track performance and turn data into next month's plan.
