BBVA in Madrid is seeking an experienced professional to lead AI-driven process transformation within CIB. You will analyze End-to-End processes, identify pain points, and design AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, risk controls, and customer experience.

Collaborate with Business, Operations, Engineering and Data teams, define KPIs, and drive adoption. Fluent English and a consultative, execution-focused mindset are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-driven process transformation projects across CIB, from analysis to adoption.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
• Design target processes and new ways of working leveraging AI and automation.
• Translate redesigned processes into concrete transformation initiatives with scope and impact.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Engineering, Data and AI teams to implement solutions.
• Define KPIs to measure impact on efficiency, productivity, and client experience.
