BBVA in Madrid is seeking an experienced professional to lead AI-driven process transformation within CIB. You will analyze End-to-End processes, identify pain points, and design AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, risk controls, and customer experience.

Collaborate with Business, Operations, Engineering and Data teams, define KPIs, and drive adoption. Fluent English and a consultative, execution-focused mindset are essential.

• Lead AI-driven process transformation projects across CIB, from analysis to adoption.

The team acts as the critical bridge between business strategy and operational and technological execution, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value.Its mandate spans the entire end-to-end (E2E) value chain, covering both front-office and support functions, including Operations, Engineering, Data, Sustainability, Risk, Finance and Regulatory, Internal Control & Compliance functions.About the job:Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Process Transformation:Work on AI-driven process transformation projects across CIB, contributing process transformation expertise from initial analysis and redesign through implementation and adoption.Analyze End-to-End business processes to understand how they currently operate, identifying pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for transformation.Reimagine and redesign processes with AI as a key transformation lever, either creating new processes from scratch or re-engineering existing ones to leverage AI and automation capabilities.Contribute to the design of target processes and new ways of working, assessing how activities, decisions and interactions could evolve and where AI can simplify, automate or enhance them.Contribute to translating redesigned processes into concrete transformation initiatives, helping define scope, expected business impact and implementation requirements.Work with Business, Operations, Engineering, Data and AI specialists to translate process needs into AI-enabled solutions, contributing to their design, development and implementation.Support the integration of AI-enabled solutions into End-to-End processes and day-to-day operations, contributing to user adoption and new ways of working.Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of transformation initiatives across efficiency, productivity, client experience and operational resilience.Identify opportunities to reuse and scale AI capabilities, process patterns and solutions across related processes and business areas.Candidate ProfileExperience & Knowledge:3+ years of experience in process transformation, process re-engineering, operational excellence, strategy consulting, or similar roles.Experience analyzing and redesigning End-to-End processes and translating business challenges into actionable transformation initiatives.Experience working on cross-functional transformation projects involving Business, Operations and Technology.Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, automation or technology-enabled transformation projects is highly valued.Knowledge of Wholesale Banking products, services and processes is highly valued.Fluent English required (C1 level or equivalent).Skills & Capabilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure problems and translate analysis into practical solutions.Ability to challenge existing ways of working and rethink processes considering the possibilities enabled by AI and new technologies.Ability to translate business and process needs into clear requirements and work effectively with Business, Engineering, Data and AI specialists.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization.Execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage own deliverables, work autonomously while seeking guidance when needed, and contribute to projects from analysis through implementation.Curiosity and strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology and their application to business transformation.Skills:Communication, Teamwork
