n8n is building the future of AI-powered workflow orchestration and seeks an IT Operations professional to safeguard and scale our IT environment.

You'll own identity and SaaS access, oversee employee and device lifecycles, and design automated, observable processes. You will work with a distributed team to reduce manual work and improve security and reliability across our SaaS stack.

Responsabilidades

• Identity, access, and SaaS operations: own day-to-day identity and access management across Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, and connected SaaS applications.
• Employee and endpoint lifecycle: deliver onboarding/offboarding experiences; manage macOS devices; support hardware procurement and secure endpoint operations.
• Automation and continuous improvement: design secure automations for IT processes using n8n, APIs, scripting, and AI-assisted tooling; redesign workflows for observability and reliability.
