Vivid Resourcing is seeking an IT operations specialist to own day-to-day IT operations for a 220-person global company and actively improve the AI/automation layer that keeps operations running. You will manage onboarding/offboarding automation, security compliance, and tool rollouts across Claude and MCP deployments.
You will lead helpdesk activities, admin Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and oversee asset management, hardware logistics, and endpoint security.
Formación
- Experience running IT operations across multiple offices and time zones.
- Proficient in onboarding/offboarding automation workflows.
- Experience gathering ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence for audits.
- Scripting experience in Google Apps Script, shell, or Python.
- Cloud admin experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the IT helpdesk queue and ensure timely resolution with clear ownership.
- Run onboarding and offboarding end-to-end: Jamf provisioning, Okta access, hardware setup.
- Own Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin: mail, groups, drives, licenses.
- Track hardware logistics and asset management with the office team.
- Maintain endpoint security and asset records.
