adm Indicia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to shape our AI deployment backbone. You will own the infrastructure layer that securely connects intelligent agents to core business systems and guide orchestration for AI deployments.

The role emphasizes cloud architecture (Azure), containerised apps with Kubernetes, and IaC with Terraform, including governance, access controls, and cost management in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• Experience managing large-scale containerised applications using Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, specifically Azure.
• Confident deploying Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of GPU provisioning for AI workloads.
• Experience with data-heavy environments, ML/AI infra exposure.
• Practical experience with MCP servers, or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of system access controls and identity management.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams on security and compliance.
• Strong communication with technical teams and business users.
• Experience in fast-paced change environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the infrastructure layer connecting AI agents securely to business systems.
• Manage MCP servers, access controls, and environment connections.
• Support integrations with platforms including Microsoft 365, Airtable, SharePoint, and Sage.
• Guide orchestration activities for AI agent deployments.
• Ensure model training goals are achieved efficiently.
• Maintain cost controls across AI infrastructure and environments.
• Build scalable, reliable environments for rapid deployment.
• Ensure secure and governed connections of AI agents to core platforms.
• Ensure appropriate permissions as agent systems access live data.
