Novanta Inc. seeks a Security Automation & AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows and AI-driven security solutions worldwide. You will craft SOAR playbooks, detection pipelines, and AI-assisted tools to speed threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.

You will collaborate with Security, R&D, and DevOps to embed security checks in CI/CD, integrate tools via RESTful APIs, and stay ahead of AI/automation advances in cybersecurity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in security operations or DevSecOps.
• Strong Python proficiency with scripting capabilities in PowerShell or Bash.
• Hands-on with CI/CD platforms and Git version control.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, and SOAR tools.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and IaC concepts.
• Ability to build and consume RESTful APIs for tool integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity and practical applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain security automation workflows and SOAR playbooks.
• Develop detection-as-code pipelines for SIEM/EDR platforms.
• Create AI-assisted investigation tools to accelerate incident response.
• Automate vulnerability management workflows and reporting.
